Dissertation on subject : In vitro fertilization of human oocytes and optimization of the conditions for embryo cultivation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

2000-2003: Embryologist at the Medical centre “St. Panteleimon”, Sofia.

1995-2000: Embryologist at the Institute of Sterility and ART, Sofia.
Practical experience in standard semen assessment, sperm morphology by Kruger's srict criteria, sperm washing procedures for IVF, ICSI and IUI (swim-up and Gradient techniques), preparation of culture media, cryopreservation, eggs collection and insemination, oocytes/embryo evaluation, embryo transfer procedure, intracytoplasmic sperm injection.

1999: A training course on the current theory and practice of ICSI – Sofia.
