How would you describe your work at Invitro Clinic SOFIA?

My work as a medical coordinator is dynamic and extremely responsible. It includes: scheduling of feedings. coordination of laboratory tests and procedures on assisted reproduction. I work closely with the medical team to ensure that every step of the process is well organized and patients receive the highest level of service.

What about making people's dreams come true?

It's not just a job, it's a mission. Seeing happiness in the eyes of couples who have long dreamed of a child is something that cannot be described in words. I know that I am contributing to a new beginning in the lives of many people, and it gives me motivation every day. Making people's dreams come true is an incredible privilege and responsibility.

What is the greatest job satisfaction?

The satisfaction comes from being able to provide peace of mind and confidence to patients by coordinating every stage of their treatment. I see how good organization and personal attitude make the process easier and inspire hope.

What distinguishes this work from any other?

The emotional commitment and responsibility that we carry in the Invitro Clinic “Sofia” is not just administrative or medical - it requires empathy. delicacy and personal attitude towards each couple. We give hope and make dreams come true. We see how a desire filled with so much emotion, fears and expectation turns into reality. It's priceless!
