To this end, we have created the “Shared Risk” program — an innovative model through which we take part of the financial risk of our patients. Through this program Invitro Clinic “Sofia” guarantees the achievement of pregnancy and the birth of one's own child. If pregnancy and childbirth are not achieved after exhausting all the possibilities within the program, we will refund 100% of the amount deposited by you, amounting to BGN 12,320.
How is the program going?
- Primary consultation — evaluation by a reproductive specialist.
- Diagnostic stage — research and specification of an individual treatment plan.
- In case of approval of the program — signing a contract that gives the respective guarantees for both parties.
- Up to 3 in vitro attempts (including transfers of fresh and frozen embryos).
Who can get involved?
The program is designed for women up to 38 years old with a preserved ovarian reserve that corresponds to this age. Participation is determined after careful evaluation by our doctors.

What costs does the program cover?
Total cost of the program:
BGN 12,320, the amount of which includes:
All expenses during IVF procedures related to hormonal studies and ultrasound examinations, regardless of their number;
Follicular puncture with anesthesia;
The entire embryological part of the procedure: aspiration of eggs and related manipulations, processing of spermatozoa, cultivation, selection and freezing/thawing of embryos;
Embryotransfer of fresh or frozen embryos.
The total does not include:
Preliminary examinations and tests;
Ovarian stimulation drugs;
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR);
Additional medical manipulations.
