How would you describe your work at Invitro Clinic Sofia?

My work at Invitro Clinic “Sofia” is a great adventure. People come to us waiting to support them in the most desired journey. It, in turn, is fed with the horror “Will it happen?”. So it is probably clear: our work is a challenge, love and faith in making dreams come true.

What is it like to make people's dreams come true?

I would answer this question in one word: Responsibility! The path to achieving the biggest dream is not always easy, sometimes it is accompanied by a lot of negative emotions, but when we achieve a positive result, we understand that it makes sense and all the efforts made were not in vain. So we must take responsibility, both in the bad and in the good moments accompanying the realization of the dream so desired.

What is the greatest job satisfaction?

Satisfaction!?! I would replace that word with “meaning.” Our job is to help couples realize the most desired meaning of each person, to become a parent. To see the smile of a parent embracing their child, knowing how much effort you have put into each other... I am satisfied.” In the smile of these parents, my profession makes sense.

What distinguishes this work from any other?

My job differs in that it is my choice. I don't think of it as just a “job” or a “profession.” Here I would like to quote the great Chinese thinker and philosopher Confucius, “Choose a job you like and you won't have to work a day in your life.”
