Two innovative studies by Dr. Yavor Vladimirov presented at the 24th World Congress

On September 12, at the 24th International Congress of the World Federation of Fertility Associations (IFFS), Dr. Yavor Vladimirov, Medical Director of Invitro Clinic “Sofia”, presented the results of two of his innovative studies. The Federation brings together professionals in the field of infertility from 97 countries around the world (including Bulgaria) with more than 6,200 in vitro clinics. The Congress was held in Athens in the period 10—13 September 2023.The World Congress is the place where professionals from around the world have the opportunity to discuss current advances in reproductive health.

The theme in 2023 is “Exploring New Horizons in Fertility Care”.

In this context, the two presentations ofDr. Yavor Vladimirov put our country on the World Field of Medical Discoveries.The titles of the presentations are: “A New Method for Monitoring Ovarian Stimulation Without Ultrasound and Without Determination of Serum Hormones: Mission Possible!”and “Application of the method for the determination of estrone-3-glucuronide (E1-3G) in urine at home under two different ovarian stimulation protocols.”

Both studies and developments of Dr. Yavor Vladimirov and his team are fully aimed at the benefit of the patient and the idea of achieving pregnancy, by applying new methods that reduce the costs of patients and society, without reducing the success rate of in vitro treatment.
