Over 40 and a baby — what are the real chances?
Wanting a child over 40 is not a whim, it is not a delay, it is not selfishness. It is a wish — sometimes long awaited, sometimes hard to come true. But completely human.

What changes after 40?

What are the real chances of pregnancy after 40?

- Over 44 years: below less than 2%.
When donor eggs are used, however, the success rate is close to that of women under 35 years of age — about 50— 60% per transfer.

- In case of genetic abnormalities or depleted reserve;
- When a woman wishes to significantly increase the chance of a healthy baby with a shorter path.
